The Open is staged outside of Scotland and England for only the second time in the Championship’s more than 150-year history, with 200,000 spectators and visitors from throughout the UK, Ireland and around the world expected to descend upon the town of Portrush. It is one of the four biggest golf events in the world, broadcast live to over 150 countries.
